This first hour may include skills and interest inventory, initial résumé review, and goal setting. During subsequent meetings, we will develop a detailed action plan, practice interviewing skills and salary negotiation, and utilize advanced LinkedIn search techniques.
As we work together over time, I can serve as your accountability partner, motivator, sounding board, and emotional support.
Most engagements are short-term (a few weeks) but with a major career change, the coaching engagement may last a few months. Contact me for details on my rates.
