Q1. What percentage of your student population is international (requiring visa sponsorship for employment)? #CareerServChat
A. 0 - 10%
B. 11 - 25%
C. 26 - 50%
D. more than 50%

Q2. Many international students come from countries with different cultural values from the United States. What are the biggest cultural differences that you encounter when coaching international students?? #CareerServChat

Q3. As a follow-up to the last question, what type of training or professional development activities are you engaged in to improve your skills to meet the unique needs of international students? #CareerServChat

Q4. At @SmithOCSTerps I find that alumni are the best resource for our current students seeking employment. What are you doing to create, and maintain, a strong alumni network? #CareerServChat

Q5. Many companies are shying away from considering candidates that require H1B visa sponsorship. What are some creative ways you're getting your employer partners to give your students a chance? #CareerServChat

Q6. As you are aware, the government issues a limited about of H1B visas each year. What type of employer engagement activities is your school executing to help students find full-time employment in their home country? #CareerServChat

Q7. The @MBACSEA has recently issued Specialty Master's employment reporting standards. What tools or strategies are you using to collect data from students who may return to their home country after graduation? #CareerServChat

Q8. The job search for international students is significantly more difficult and can cause intense emotional distress. What type of resources do you offer, or refer students to, that can help them deal with stress associated with the US job search? #CareerServChat
